I used to go to the gym and pump iron for at least 2 hours a day.

I was fit.

I was strong.

I was ripped.

Then I got married, had kids, and yada… yada… yada…

But I still found a way to stay somewhat fit.

I had to. I had too many hours & dollars invested in the gym &
my fitness.  I couldn’t just let it all go to pot.

Like most people I joined a gym, paid for 30 days a month &
showed up for 5.

The drive to workout like I used to was gone, but the desire to
stay fit and healthy was still there.

So I started working out at home, riding my bike and getting
some dvd courses.

This one is probably my favorite because the workouts are
ONLY 22 minute long AND they kick ass!

You can’t use the I don’t have time excuse anymore because
everyone has 22 minutes a day to workout.

It may be just what you’ve been looking for to get back in or
to stay in shape.
