The US is in the middle of one of the worst winters in decades and for skiers and snowboarders that’s fantastic!! For golf fanatics not so good, unless you are into snow golfing. Yes you heard me right, snow golf has been around for a very long time and has enjoyed a revival of sorts in the past few years. Snow golf was loosely invented by Rudyard Kipling at Naulhaka, where he both invented snow golf and wrote The Jungle Book. His version involved golf balls painted red and tin cups sunken into the snow. Clever right? Here’s a few tips for golfers who are tired of being cooped up inside just practicing their swing. Why not grab a club and some hand warmers and play a round of snow golf?
