40 Man

Our two stats

Level Wins. It measures how far a player is above the historical average at that minor-league level. The average uses every season from 1990 through 2025. Individual seasons are fairly complete from the mid-2000s, patchy in the 1990s, and mostly missing before 1990.

Level Glove. It measures how far a fielder’s defense sits from the other players at that position and level. Zero is average. About +5 is a clearly better glove. A player needs 100 innings. Catchers and first basemen are scored on errors only. It is not outs above average, and it does not change Level Wins.
